Version 2026-08-10. These terms govern your use of Local X AI’s products: Foreman (the home-service CRM) and Paperboy (direct-mail campaigns).
Local X AI provides Foreman — customer-relationship, job-management, AI design visualization, and invoicing tools for home-service businesses — and Paperboy, AI-personalized direct-mail campaigns (together, "the Service"). Your subscription plan determines the features, seats, and generation quotas available to your workspace.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your workspace. You must verify your email address before using the Service. Seats are for people in your business; credentials must not be shared.
You retain ownership of the data you enter and the photos you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing your content, processing photos through our AI rendering pipeline, and displaying results to you and to the customers you explicitly share them with. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos you submit and for complying with laws that apply to your customer data.
Design renderings are AI-generated visualizations, not engineering documents, quotes, or guarantees of a buildable result. You are responsible for reviewing every rendering before showing or selling it, and for ensuring the delivered work meets applicable codes and regulations.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If you connect your own Stripe account, payments from your customers go directly to you: you are the merchant of record, responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, your tax rates, and your tax filings. Foreman computes and displays taxes only as directed by your settings and does not provide tax advice.
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, probe or disrupt the Service, resell it without authorization, or generate deceptive imagery presented as an actual, existing installation.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and material changes will be re-presented for acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcomes of work you sell using renderings produced by the Service.
You can cancel at any time; your workspace data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
