Account data (name, email, company), the business data you enter (jobs, customers, invoices), photos you upload, property data fetched for addresses you add, usage analytics (feature events, latency), and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps — including with your Terms of Service acceptance, where the law expects us to keep evidence).
To operate the Service: preparing property profiles, generating AI design renderings from the photos you submit, sending the invoices you create, and transactional email (verification, password resets). Aggregated, de-identified usage data helps us improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Stripe (payments and invoicing), object storage for uploaded photos, AI model providers for rendering (your photos are processed to produce the designs you request), property-data providers for the addresses you add, email delivery, and product analytics. Each receives only what its function requires.
For homeowner data you enter, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions. Share pages and invoice pages are reachable only through unguessable tokened links you choose to send.
Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted from production systems. You can request deletion of specific records or your whole workspace at any time.
Transport encryption everywhere, hashed passwords (bcrypt), tenant isolation enforced at the data layer, scoped session tokens, and single-use expiring tokens for email flows.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — write to support@localxai.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (GDPR, CCPA and similar), we honor those requests within their deadlines.
